We want to ensure that every patient in our community has a voice and is heard and respected as they navigate through healthcare from beginning to end with dignity, confidence, and respect.

01

Concierge Private Nursing and Respite Care

A concierge nurse provides personalized care to a client. The concierge nurse is someone available when and where you need care. The nurse comes to the patient whether they are in the office, at home, in a hospital, or in an assisted living. That means a concierge nurse can offer any service that a patient requires, so long as it is within the scope of nursing practice.

03

Life Review and Legacy Projects

Both life review projects and Legacy projects enable clients to consider the whole of their experience lives, thus far. Projects can be healing for the elderly, the dying person but also their loved ones.

05

Bereavement Support

Grieving may begin as soon as a diagnosis of a life-threatening illness and starts long before someone dies.  Witnessing difficult emotions and helping to find appropriate resources, can be an important contribution that an End of Life Doula can offer to the ill and to the family.  A complimentary follow-up call or visit to the family caregiver would be incorporated into the services following the death of a client, along with bereavement support if needed.  A referral to formal grief therapy would be discussed for more complicated situations or circumstances.

02

End-of-Life Planning

We offer assisted living placement consultation. We assist the client and family to help obtain all the needed paperwork to help facilitate a smooth transition into their new residence. We also provide Advance Care Directive assistance, Living Will, and DDNR education.

04

Vigil Planning

We assist the dying and their loved ones to come up with a plan, that can be updated and changed based on client and family needs. This allows the client’s family and/or  caregivers all the information they need when they need it.

06

Post Death Home Organization and Mourning Planning

We offer practical and emotional support. We also help with post-death arrangements, especially when death is sudden or there are no pre-existing plans. We specialize in offering post-death home organization (by the client if able prior to their passing) and family to review making decisions on what belongings to give to their loved ones, what to dispose of, and what to display with family members.
